Previously Executive Vice President and CFO of OVHcloud, his responsibilities will include structuring the organisation and steering Exotec’s financial strategy to ensure profitable and sustainable growth at a time when the company is undergoing accelerated expansion of its activities worldwide.
A graduate of HEC Paris and Harvard, Yann has over thirty years’ experience in transforming and financing international growth companies, including several large cap LBOs and most recently the successful IPO of OVHcloud on Euronext Paris.
